Our Deployed Ministry Program is a cornerstone of Cross Church’s mission to fulfill our Vision Statement:

This program, founded by our Senior Pastor, Jaime Loya, plays a crucial role in equipping leaders within our church

to carry out the vision God has placed on their hearts.

As a participant in this program, you will receive monthly mentorship from some of our church's leading pastors. You'll also benefit from in-depth training on key foundational principles designed to either launch or elevate your ministry to new heights.

Pastor Jaime Loya understands firsthand the challenges of starting a full-time ministry from the ground up. That’s why he created this program to provide practical support in areas like marketing, website creation, financial systems,

graphic design, legal entity formation, venue discounts, monthly stipends, and much more.
